Games People Play

Once people start internal strife for a competitive advantage, pushing their hidden agendas, and under-cutting their peers, no one is focused on organizational goals.  Most of the time the persons playing these games, are so focused on their ego they are hurting the very group of individuals upon which they depend.  This mentality wastes valuable time and resources in an effort to gain advantage over a co-worker who could be, and should be on their side.

It’s so obvious that threats to a business should not be coming from within.  But it happens all the time.  Creating enemies inside a firm in not prudent; it’s paranoid.
